Welcome to HerNest Ladies’ Hostel. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or residing at our premises, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Admission & Booking

  • Admission is subject to room availability and management approval.

  • Room booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment and submission of valid ID proof.

  • Management reserves the right to cancel or deny admission without prior notice in case of false information or misconduct.

2. Payment & Refunds

  • All fees must be paid in full as per the agreed schedule (monthly/quarterly).

  • Late payments may attract penalties or discontinuation of services.

  • Booking advances are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by management.

3. Resident Conduct

  • Residents must maintain discipline, cleanliness, and respect for fellow residents and staff.

  • Smoking, alcohol, drug use, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited within the premises.

  • Damages to hostel property caused by a resident will be chargeable.

4. Visitors Policy

  • Visitors are allowed only in designated areas during specified hours.

  • Overnight stays for guests are strictly not permitted.

  • All visitors must be registered at the front desk for security purposes.

5. Security & Liability

  • While HerNest provides 24/7 security, CCTV surveillance, and access control, residents are advised to take care of their personal belongings.

  • The management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any personal items.

  • Residents must carry their access card/ID at all times.

6. Use of Amenities

  • Common amenities (library, games, yoga zone, etc.) must be used responsibly.

  • Any misuse or deliberate damage to shared facilities will result in penalties or access restrictions.

7. Website Use

  • All content on this website is for general information purposes only and is subject to change without notice.

  • Unauthorized use or reproduction of text, photos, or design elements is prohibited.

8. Privacy

  • Personal data collected via website forms, WhatsApp, or calls is used only for communication and service-related purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. Right to Amend

  • HerNest reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Residents and website users are expected to review them periodically.
